Our Mission

To put it simply, we believe all individuals should be given the best opportunity to create a family. We help make it happen by striving for excellence in everything we do. By always showing respect and compassion for the people we treat and work with. By staying committed to expertise in our clinical setting, in our laboratory, and in our business practices. By maintaining a constant focus on teamwork, honesty, and ethics. And by educating—not only our patients, peers, and community, but also ourselves.

The SIMPLIFY Team

We choose our team members based on their professionalism, commitment to care, and their ability to create a positive and personal experience for our patients.

Our embryology and medical teams are comprised of some of the most experienced professionals in their fields and they are committed to the success of every patient that we serve.

Our Embryology Lab has been perfecting the process of cryopreservation and intracytoplasmic sperm injection for the past 11 years. All eggs in the SIMPLIFY Donor Egg Bank are cryopreserved and injected at Pacific NW Fertility Embryology lab, which boasts superior results for fertilization and blastocyst formation rates.
